Before joining The Squared Network, I led across the education and nonprofit sectors—spanning teaching, district leadership, and national strategy roles. That includes work at Teach For America, where I developed teachers and helped drive system-wide strategy to improve student outcomes.

Over the years, I’ve seen how transformational education can be—especially when communities, institutions, and leaders align around a shared vision. That belief fuels my work today.

As Chief Impact & Growth Officer, I’m focused on expanding Squared’s reach, strengthening partnerships, and helping more students access the power of a Squared summer. A proud Fort Worth native, I remain deeply engaged in civic efforts that connect education to long-term opportunity.
